Direct Primary Care
The Direct Primary Care (DPC) model offers a fresh, patient-centered approach to healthcare. Instead of the traditional fee-for-service model, DPC allows us to focus on you by charging a simple monthly, quarterly, or annual fee. This fee covers most primary care services, including unlimited clinical visits, access to your doctor via the patient portal, communication via telehealth or by text, free generic medications, procedures, consultations, referrals to specialists, care coordination, and comprehensive care management, one time a year- general labs and discounted labs rest of the time.

We also provide viable options for small businesses that can be more affordable than traditional fee-for-service insurance, allowing employers to offer comprehensive health coverage without the high cost of most insurance plans.
